1. Before you start

To successfully list your store offers on The Comparator, ensure you have:

  • A product catalogue of PC components (GPU, CPU, SSD, RAM, Motherboards)
  • Stable product identifiers (GTIN, MPN, or internal SKU)
  • Direct product page URLs accessible without login
  • Transparent, machine-readable prices in USD
  • A dedicated technical contact for feed mapping questions

2. The Onboarding Path

Our onboarding is an assisted technical process:

  1. Prepare: Format your product data according to our Feed Preparation Guide.
  2. Submit: Provide your feed URL via the Partner Application Form.
  3. Validate: Our pipeline tests schema validity, price formats, and URL reachability.
  4. Match: Offers are matched against our hardware reference database (ref_specs.json).
  5. Go Live: Matched offers are published to comparison tables (e.g., “Where to Buy” blocks).
  6. Maintain: Automatic daily fetches update prices and stock availability.

4. Available Documentation Guides

6. Current Product Capabilities

  • Active Market: United States (USD) only.
  • Supported Categories: GPU, CPU, SSD, RAM, Motherboards.
  • Unsupported Items: Component bundles (CPU+Mobo combos), PC cases, coolers, and pre-built systems are automatically rejected by our isComboListing ingest filter.
  • Integration Model: Assisted onboarding (our team configures data mapping).
  • Organic Value Engine: Value Scores and ranking are 100% algorithmic and independent of commercial store agreements.
