What feed formats do you accept?
CSV, Google Merchant Center XML, JSON, and select affiliate network feeds. Currently, feed onboarding is an assisted process where our team sets up the import mapping for your structured format.
Does paying improve my ranking?
No. Value Score and organic ranking are calculated independently. Paid plans give you faster updates, better analytics, and a verified badge — but never a ranking boost.
How fast do my offers appear?
After feed validation and product matching, standard listings update on our regular schedule. Direct Feed partners get a priority schedule agreed with you. Every price we display carries the date it was checked.
I found incorrect data about my store. How do I fix it?
Email us at retailers@thecomparator.tech with the details and we will manually update your mapping configuration.
Can I list refurbished or used products?
Yes. We display product condition (New, Refurbished, Used) clearly. Our users actively look for refurbished deals.
